This charming little guy is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and even had a dental cleaning to keep his smile sparkling! Though he has a heart murmur that is managed with medication, it doesn’t slow him down one bit. With regular check-ups and lots of love, he’s ready to be someone’s Valentine every single day. Andy Pandy would thrive as a solo pup or with other furry friends his size. He’d do well in a home with older, respectful children who understand his gentle nature.
